Interview Tips

There are many types of questions that may be asked at the interview.  This is your chance to convince them that they need you!  Many of these questions have "obvious" answers, and also the “right answer".  Practice your answers to these questions, and be confident in answering the interviewer.         

Have interview questions of your own ready to ask. You aren't simply trying to get this job - you are also interviewing the employer to assess whether this company and the position are a good fit for you.  Asking good questions can affect your hiring possibilities too!

There are some interview questions NOT to Ask - be sure you have done your homework, and know "interview etiquette".

Invest in a book or two that will not only list different types of questions, but will let you know what the interviewer is really looking for, and the best answers to give.
